Job Duties for the Restaurant General Manager include:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant including FOH & BOH.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
  • Financial reporting responsibilities.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest service and food standards are achieved.

Job Requirement for the Restaurant General Manager include:

  • Ideally 2+ years of General Manager experience.
  • Must have BOH or Kitchen knowledge.
  • Open availability to work.
  • Financial knowledge such as P&L.
  • Proven track record of leading a team.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality.
