Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient progress and treatment accurately and timely. Educate families on respiratory care and equipment usage. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols. Qualifications & Required Skills Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license within the state of Indiana. Minimum of 2 years recent and related experience, as required by the facility. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficient in airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP. Active BLS certification, physical exam, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility.
