Primary Care Physician

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for Primary Care Physicians for outpatient care in Morristown, NJ. This is a full-time position with salary and benefits. Details:
- Flexible Schedule (36 clinical hours + 4 administrative hours)
- Outpatient setting: diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Some on-call and rotating Saturday shifts required
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
- Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
- Manage acute illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe and administer medications, perform vaccinations
- Request necessary tests, follow-up visits, and specialist referrals
- Ensure accurate medical documentation and coding (E/M, HCC)
- Manage approximately 20-25 patients per day
- Provide leadership to clinical and reception staff
- Complete chart sign-offs and adhere to company policies
- Base salary range $220k-$240k (based on experience)
- Value-Based Care incentives and performance bonuses

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 5 years)
- NJ license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA, BLS, and CSR/CDS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Clean malpractice record
- Familiarity with Athena EMR preferred
- Not accepting locums, 1099, or visa candidates
- Open to new graduate candidates who are truly Board Eligible
