Inside Sales Administrator

Job Title: Inside Sales Administrator (Contract) We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Administrator to join a team on a contract basis.

This role provides administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.

Manage and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide sales support.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and purchase order records.

Follow up on customer requests and assist with general sales administration.

Perform other administrative duties as required.

Skills & Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, purchasing, or customer service.

Experience managing purchase orders and order processing.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude.

This is a contract position with the potential for future opportunities based on business needs and performance.
