Job Details Level: Entry Title: Store Front Associate (Barista, Cashier) Location: Northridge, CA 91324 Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour Travel: None Shift: Any (Weekend availability required) Job Category: Entry Level Responsibilities Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs. Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest’s experience the best. Work as part of a team, follow direction, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for employees and customers. Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes and making drinks. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines. Cross‑train in all departments: Bread, Cake, POS, Bar. Work hard and have fun while doing so. Qualifications High School diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department regulations and be ServSafe certified. Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity is required, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
