Wholesale Operations AssociateFabletics is looking for a Wholesale Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our growing US Wholesale business across sales readiness, customer onboarding, account support, and wholesale operations.As the Wholesale business continues to scale, this role will help ensure our Sales team and customers are set up for success while keeping operational workflows, materials, and information moving accurately and efficiently. The role will work across customer and sales readiness, account execution, reporting, systems, and process improvement.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems and priorities in a fast-growing business.Reports to: Director, US Wholesale OperationsWhat You Will DoSales & Customer ReadinessSupport Wholesale sales readiness across major and specialty accounts, helping ensure teams have the materials, information, and operational support needed for upcoming selling and customer needsBuild and maintain Wholesale linesheets and other sales materials using approved product, pricing, and assortment informationSupport sample readiness and coordination for customer meetings, programs, and other Wholesale needsMaintain organization and readiness of the Wholesale showroom and support preparation for customer and Sales meetingsCoordinate across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and other partners to support seasonal, customer, and program readinessCustomer Onboarding & Account SupportExecute operational onboarding activities for new Wholesale customers and track requirements through completionMaintain accurate customer and account information, documentation, and supporting resourcesSupport ongoing account needs, operational requests, returns, and customer communicationsCoordinate follow-up across internal and external partners to keep customer deliverables movingSupport key account operational workflows, including Costco and other strategic Wholesale accountsWholesale Operations & ReportingSupport day-to-day sales order operations and monitor activity across Wholesale accountsIdentify order, inventory, fulfillment, or customer risks and coordinate follow-up with appropriate partnersMaintain operational trackers, reporting, and data to provide accurate visibility into business activitySupport recurring operational communications and follow-up across Sales, customers, and cross-functional teamsEscalate issues and risks requiring additional support or decision-makingProcess, Systems & Continuous ImprovementMaintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational resourcesSupport testing, implementation, and adoption of system and process enhancementsIdentify recurring issues, manual work, and opportunities to simplify or improve workflowsUtilize AI and automation tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and repeatable processesSupport evolving operational priorities and new ways of working as the Wholesale business continues to scaleWhat You Bring2–4 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, sales operations, account support, merchandising operations, or a related environmentExperience within apparel, footwear, accessories, consumer retail, or another wholesale business preferredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-throughStrong Excel skills and comfort working across data, systems, and operational toolsExperience with ERP, B2B sales, EDI, order management, or wholesale platforms such as NuOrder is a plusComfortable adopting AI and automation tools to improve productivity and workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities, identify issues, and escalate appropriatelyProactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an evolving businessSuccess in This RoleSales teams and customers are operationally prepared for upcoming selling and business needsNew customers are onboarded efficiently and accuratelyWholesale operational workflows and account needs are executed accurately and on timeSales materials, operational data, trackers, and documentation remain accurate and currentRisks and blockers are identified early and escalated appropriatelyProcesses become increasingly efficient, documented, and scalable as the business growsWhere we are:This role will be based in our El Segundo HeadquartersCompensation & Total Rewards:At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together! The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
