Mattel Retail Merchandiser RPT (Regular Part Time) - Gilbert, AZ 85296

Role Overview Part‑time Retail Merchandiser – up to 30 hours per week (additional holiday hours). Responsible for expanding Mattel’s presence at major retailers in the Gilbert, AZ area. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with store teams Act as a brand ambassador for Mattel and affiliated brands Secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise products on the sales floor Construct and deconstruct store fixtures, including shelving and racking Implement point‑of‑purchase materials Execute special projects such as store events Complete reports, including store surveys Train and lead team associates Provide real‑time business insights Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, meeting attendance, and email communication Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED; some college preferred Available to work daytime hours on weekdays, with occasional weekend work Reliable access to internet and transportation to travel between assigned store locations Residence within approximately 20 miles of Gilbert, AZ 85296 or ability to reliably service the territory Physical Requirements Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reach frequently Walk for long periods of time Climb ladders up to 12 feet tall Lift up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally Push or pull carts containing product, occasionally up to 100 pounds Operate power tools such as a screwdriver and drill Compensation and Benefits Base hourly rate: $19.00 to $22.00, determined by location, skills, and experience.
