IBH care managers are professionals (licensed or unlicensed) who work closely with primary care providers (PCP) in a primary care clinic setting to support, promote, manage, coordinate, and advocate for the mental and physical health of those patients assigned to their caseload.An IBH care manager is a crucial member of the collaborative care team, which includes the patient's PCP, a psychiatric consultant, and the patient's larger primary care team.This position will be based out of our Corvallis Clinics with responsibilities in Stevensville as well.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in psychology, social work, public health, or some other field related to behavioral healthLicensure or licensure candidate preferred, but not required (e.g. LCSW, LCPC, LAC)Experience:1 year of professional experience in a related field, requiredExperience with screening for common mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, preferredWorking knowledge of differential diagnosis of common mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, preferredExperience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders, preferredWorking knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions for common mental health disorders, preferredBasic knowledge of psychopharmacology for common mental health disorders, preferredExperience with evidence-based counseling techniques, preferredSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Benefits: This position is eligible for the full benefit packageBitterroot Health is a non-profit organization and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Bitterroot Health
