We are hiring CDL-A Drivers for our dedicated Carlisle market. Whether you prefer steady hourly local routes or high-mileage regional runs, we have a lane that fits your lifestyle. 100% No-Touch Freight, mostly drop-and-hook.

Choose the pay structure that works best for you:

Hourly Pay Option (Local/Short Regional):

• $27.00/hr starting rate
• $28.00/hr after 6 months
• $29.00/hr after 1 year
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,000 - $1,200 (Based on 900–1,000 weekly miles + hourly duties)

Mileage Pay Option (Regional OTR):

• $0.84 CPM
• $25.00 Layover Pay
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,600 (Based on ~2,000 miles weekly)

Route & Running Area:

• Operating Lanes: PA, NJ, NY (including Staten Island), DE, MD, VA, and WV.
• Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday.
• Saturdays are 100% voluntary—work more to earn more, or enjoy your weekend!
• Strong focus on maximizing your home time.

Equipment & Job Details:

• Freight Type: Corrugated Cardboard Products
• Touch Freight: 100% NO TOUCH. Mostly seamless drop-and-hook.
• Equipment: Well-maintained, modern Day Cabs and Sleeper Tractors pulling Dry Van trailers.
• On-Site Perks: Secure on-site parking is available for personal vehicles.
