This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams including visual acuity, refraction, and ocular health assessments Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions in aging populations Prescribe corrective lenses and coordinate care for advanced ophthalmologic needs when appropriate Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume rotating model.
