Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students in a dynamic school setting near Vallejo, CA. This full-time onsite role spans two educational locations, enabling you to make a meaningful impact while working alongside dedicated colleagues. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 10, 2027.

Your expertise in speech-language pathology will be the cornerstone of student success, providing tailored therapeutic interventions and collaborating with educational teams to promote effective communication in classrooms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active California SLP license (SLPA certifications not accepted)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Specific experience in school-based SLP settings, preferably with elementary and/or middle school students
• Ability to work onsite at two separate school locations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to the full contract term

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participate in team meetings
• Consult with educators and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into students’ learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure adherence to all professional and legal standards for school-based SLPs
