Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist with outpatient adult rehab experience to deliver comprehensive speech, swallowing, voice, and cognitive therapy for neurological diagnoses. This position involves flexible scheduling options with full-time hours throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with neurological speech and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on dysphagia, voice, and cognition.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed clinical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Comply with all travel, licensing, and background screening requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess outpatient adult rehab experience, especially with neurological conditions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing dysphagia, voice, and cognitive disorders.
• Maintain current AHA or Red Cross certifications.
• Ability to adhere to facility policies and travel compliance standards.
