Job Description Vascular Surgery opening in OregonLocated in Corvallis, ORFull-Time, PermanentSeeking a BE/BC surgeon who specializes in general, thoracic and minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures. Focus on vascular procedures, with a particular interest in treating varicose veins. Work alongside a collaborative, tight knit team of 4 providers; 2 MDs and 2 APCs PSLF-eligible hospital Work/life balance: 2.5 clinic days, 2 OR days, night and weekend call covered by residents Communicate with and support patient/families regarding diagnosis, treatment, expectations, and the perioperative experience, in order to facilitate patient comfort and continuity of care Practice includes all aspects of vascular care- open and endovascular procedures, angiograms, carotid endarterectomy, leg bypasses and AV fistulas/grafts A large referral base from integrated physicians to build a busy practice Active involvement with medical students and residents Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented Attractive salary plus incentives, relocation assistance, possible loan repayment, paid malpractice, CME days plus allowance, Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and a competitive benefit package.
