Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working with a school-aged population is highly desirable
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion for empowering students and working in diverse educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and ongoing student support initiatives
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers as needed
