The team partners closely with the wider business to assess operational impact, identify risks, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation across global operations.Hybrid working 3 days in the office.What you’ll own as the Senior Business Operations ConsultantLead analysis activity to identify where solutions are required across projects, product initiatives, and workstreamsOwn end‑to‑end delivery of specific initiatives and product workstreams, collaborating with global teams to design new functionality and processesCapture key business requirements and document end‑to‑end process flowsIdentify, define, and present problems, opportunities, and solutions to senior stakeholdersProvide status reporting (written and verbal) including progress updates, risks, and issuesWhat you’ll bringStrong experience defining business requirements and presenting recommendations to leadershipProven planning and monitoring experience across multiple initiativesCost–benefit analysis and process modelling expertiseExcellent communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to create detailed business analysis identifying problems, opportunities, and solutionsIt’s a bonus if you haveExperience working on a global scaleAdditional language skillsInsight and understanding of the payments ecosystemFlexibility to work outside typical business hours when required(To learn more about the behaviours we value, check out our values and behaviours.)What makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
