A large call center is hiring inbound Customer Service Agents. The position offers full‑time hours and is a permanent position. Duties include answering calls from customers regarding their homeowners insurance policies, performing data entry, accepting payments over the phone, and providing customer service related to navigating the company website and other matters. No sales responsibilities. No prior insurance experience is required. Paid training is provided.
