In Your Day-To-Day, You Will:

• Provide medical and/or interventional cardiology care, including diagnosis and management of complex cardiac cases.
• Perform and interpret echocardiograms, thoracic radiographs, ECGs, and Holter/telemetry monitoring.
• Participate in on-call coverage for ER echocardiograms and cath procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with overnight ER and ICU teams to support inpatient cardiac care.
• Access ongoing mentorship and training opportunities, including cath lab experience across the network.
• Utilize the hospital's advanced technology and diagnostic capabilities to support comprehensive cardiac care.
• Collaborate closely with Emergency clinicians and other specialty teams on shared patients, referrals, and transfers.
• Mentor veterinary technicians and support team members as part of daily case management and patient care.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners, providing education and guidance throughout the diagnostic and treatment process.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Cardiology or Residency Trained in Cardiology.
• Strong clinical skills and an interest in diagnosing and managing complex cardiovascular cases.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
