What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later): Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with speech, OT, ABA, psychology, and medical services Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based, child-led form of therapy Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate changes to team members and families Partner with families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support Collaborate as part of an integrated care team including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists

: 7–9 clients Billable hour expectations:

28.75 or 30 hours per week Support Structure: Bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with both your Center Operations Director and Clinical Director Weekly Multidisciplinary Care Meetings to address barriers and coordinate across the full clinical team Clinical Directors available to overlap with clients and provide in-the-moment support Administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, intake) handled by specialized teams so BCBAs can focus on clinical work Deep onboarding and ongoing training in ESDM-based care model

$86,000–$113,500/year Bonus structure: Semi-annual performance-based raises tied to ESDM fidelity scores and billable targets; annual performance bonuspotential Sign-on bonus available PTO:
