Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty ????✨

Part-Time | Day Shift | One‑on‑One Care

???? Schedule: Monday & Wednesday | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 11‑year‑old male child . ???? What You'll Do

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Perform g-tube care/feedings/aspiration cautions
Monitor seizures
Administer medications safely and accurately
Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

✅ What You'll Need

Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
