FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is one of the nations leading physical therapy companies. We are looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapys (PT) for our Stamford location.
Our Stamford location is an independently owned practice that offers you an opportunity to work in a 1x1 patient to PT model to ensure premium patient care as well as prevent PT burnout and dissatisfaction. - Ensure smooth and timely patient flow
- Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions/referrals/patient condition/records
- After reviewing patient records, strategize, create and carry out treatment plans
- Track and report treatment progress; adjust as necessary
- Oversee all assistant, technician and student job assignments/activities (when necessary)
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries
- Plan and conduct lectures on PT and related training for in-house staff and community groups
- Connecticut Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Orthopedics
- Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- Sports Medicine
- Balance & Vestibular Training (Preferred)
- Pelvic Floor (Optional)
