Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT assessments and develop individualized plans of care for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional independence.
- Administer therapeutic modalities and implement progressive treatment plans while ensuring safety and documentation compliance.
- Monitor progress, re-evaluate goals, and adjust treatment plans; maintain accurate progress notes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, communicate with residents and families, and support care transitions.
- Ensure adherence to state licensure requirements, facility policies, and documentation standards.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Montana or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Availability to participate in a 13-week assignment starting 08/10/2026
- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting; strong communication and documentation skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
