Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Job Description

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

\n

\n
• 2 years CT Tech experience 
\n
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
\n
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
\n
• BLS certification
\n
• ME State License
\n
• 1 year of CT experience
\n
• Experience with CTA studies and general studies
\n
• Experience with adult, geriatric, and pediatric patient populations in ED, outpatient, and inpatient settings
\n

Assignment Details

\n

\n
• Typically Monday - Friday. Weekend coverage may be needed in advance when weekend staff are unavailable.
\n
• No on-call requirement.
\n
• Will float between CT and X-ray, and may assist in the OR and with bedside portables.
\n
• Orientation is 1-1.5 weeks based on comfort level.
\n
• Holiday rotation is shared with other techs.
\n
