Customer Relationship Manager

Your role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you are the operational backbone of the customer experience. You work closely with customers, account managers, supply chain, logistics, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently from order entry through delivery and invoicing. You take ownership of daily customer operations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure customers receive timely and professional support. Your success is measured by operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong collaboration across teams.

Location & Work Environment

This is a full-time, office-based position located at our Miami, FL office. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and on time in the ERP system
\n
• Monitor order status, backorders, and delivery performance
\n
• Manage invoicing, credits, returns, and customer claims
\n
• Support customers with questions related to orders, pricing, products, and deliveries
\n
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to resolve issues quickly
\n
• Maintain customer master data, pricing information, and system records
\n
• Create and manage customer portal and web shop access
\n
• Identify process improvements that enhance customer service and team efficiency
\n
• Ensure clear communication with customers regarding order status and exceptions
\n
• Support account managers by handling operational and administrative activities
\n

Responsibilities & Ownership

• Ensure accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and customer administration

• Take ownership of customer issues through resolution

• Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain strong collaboration across departments to achieve customer and business goals

Education & Experience

\n
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
\n
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, or order management is preferred
\n
• Experience working with ERP systems is strongly preferred
\n
