Supporting the Legal Marketing Team, the full-time Bilingual Associate Corporate Counsel will ensure legal and regulatory compliance of marketing communications in both English and Spanish, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing translation processes through innovative technology. Key responsibilities Review and advise on marketing assets and customer-facing messaging in both languages for compliance Translate and review legal content, including contracts and marketing materials, between English and Spanish Develop and improve AI-assisted translation tools to enhance legal translation quality and efficiency Required qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school with active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, preferably in marketing or regulatory matters Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional legal translation certification Exceptional attention to detail in producing accurate legal translations Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
