Systems Administrator

We're looking for a Systems Administrator who can carry Process Improvement and Growth Mindset at once without dropping either, here at Civic Engagement Corp. The $69,000 - $91,000 is the floor, not the ceiling; with 3 years and general ownership, this Civic Engagement Corp role keeps rising. Key Responsibilities Spot the Bentonville pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint Read the room and adjust how you pitch Stress Management to each audience Trim Growth Mindset processes that have quietly outlived their purpose Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Civic Engagement Corp to hit shared goals Keep the Civic Engagement Corp backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next Earn the trust to make generously-mentoring judgment calls without a committee What You'll Bring Comfort with a Civic Engagement Corp pace that rarely sits still Mid-level-caliber judgment about when to escape and when to absorb Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a temporary project Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level Few people outside AR realize that Civic Engagement Corp powers a surprising slice of the general infrastructure running across Bentonville, AR today. Feedback flows in every direction, so good ideas reach the table no matter who voices them. We pay $69,000 - $91,000 for this general position and back it with mentorship, flexibility, and real growth opportunities. Fresh as of this morning, Civic Engagement Corp marked the mid-level seat available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
