Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to inpatient rehabilitation patients on a 23-bed rehab unit
- Manage a caseload of 4–6 patients per day, delivering individualized treatment plans
- Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR (transitioning to Meditech Expanse)
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled
- Float to other rehab sites as needed based on census levels
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Ability to work rotating weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech or Meditech Expanse EMR
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to treat patients across varying acuity levels
- Demonstrated passion for inpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
