What you’ll be responsible for:

• Oversee operations and ensure smooth, efficient service 
• Lead and manage floor staff, servers, bartenders, and security 
• Handle guest interactions and resolve issues with professionalism 
• Enforce policies, maintain standards, and keep the operation tight 
• Manage scheduling, shift flow, and key operational needs 
• Set the tone—high energy, organized, and in control 

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of leadership experience in nightlife or hospitality 
• Strong presence, decision-making, and communication skills 
• Ability to stay composed and lead under pressure 
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) 
• Someone who takes ownership and knows how to run a room
