Position: Store Manager (Grand Rapids Location, U.S.) We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Old World Olive Co. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the quality and integrity of our products. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, product deliveries, and merchandising to maintain a well‑stocked and attractive store. Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer interactions. Plan and coordinate monthly cooking demos to educate and engage customers. Oversee farmers' markets, expos, and outside events, ensuring smooth execution. Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for new team members. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market presence and revenue growth. Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in store management. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to manage inventory effectively and adapt to market trends. Experience with payroll processing (a plus). Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
