Physical Therapist assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting for a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week. This role follows a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. It is a split position between two facilities, requiring the therapist to work across both Parkersburg and Willows locations. This position is ideal for a therapist who is adaptable and comfortable managing patients in multiple SNF environments while maintaining consistent quality of care. The role focuses on improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence in a post-acute care setting.

Requirements:
Candidates should have experience working as a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar rehabilitative environment. The clinician must be comfortable working across multiple locations and managing a caseload efficiently in both settings. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams are essential. Active PT licensure and all required certifications must be current and in good standing prior to the start of the assignment.
