Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead , Central Labs

Labcorp seeks a Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to drive organizational change initiatives within Central Labs Services. The role focuses on developing change management strategies, designing communication plans, and enabling adoption of global project management practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational transformation goals
Design and execute strategic communication plans tailored to projects and target audiences
Identify and engage key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for initiatives
Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure change management effectiveness
Create enablement assets, training strategies, and adoption tools; manage champion networks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of organizational change management experience
2+ years delivering impact assessments, training, and communications
2+ years leveraging technology to enable transformation
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with senior leaders
Project management expertise with knowledge of ADKAR or similar models
Analytical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: $105,000-$130,000 base
