⚠️ What You Need to Qualify

These positions are entry-level manufacturing opportunities , but candidates must have previous experience using measuring tools in a manufacturing, shop, construction, or mechanical environment.

You should be comfortable using tools such as:

• Tape Measure

• Calipers

• Micrometers

A strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

• Guaranteed $0.75 raise every 90 days until reaching the union pay scale

Schedule

Monday – Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Full-Time | Occasional Overtime Available

Press Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production presses safely and efficiently

• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

• Inspect finished products for quality

• Monitor production output

• Complete production documentation

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

• Mechanical aptitude

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Grinder

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish parts produced by the press operators

• Measure parts throughout the grinding process to ensure specifications are met

• Perform quality inspections before parts move to the next stage

• Maintain production standards

• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, or similar measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards

Sander

Responsibilities

• Sand and finish brake and friction products

• Remove rough edges and imperfections

• Inspect finished parts for quality

• Maintain production quotas

• Keep work area clean and safe

Requirements

• Experience using measuring tools is preferred

• Quality inspection experience is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods

Tool Room Trainee

Responsibilities

• Train directly under an experienced Tool & Die Maker

• Learn tool making, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Assist with repairing and maintaining production tooling

• Learn machining techniques and precision measurements

• Help keep tooling organized and production running efficiently

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn a skilled trade

• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Dependable and reliable

Furnace Room Attendant (Quality Control)

Responsibilities

• Perform final quality inspections on finished parts

• Monitor products as they move through the furnace process

• Verify measurements and specifications before final packaging

• Document inspection results

• Ensure all products meet company quality standards

Requirements

• Experience using measuring tools

• Quality control experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while maintaining production standards
