HR Manager, Multi-Facility Healthcare (Travel Required)
OPCO Skilled Management
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee multiple facilities across New Mexico. You will lead employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives under the supervision of the VP of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to travel frequently for investigations and training. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of three years of HR management experience are preferred, along with healthcare experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
