Applications Engineer

Job Description

The Applications Engineer supports enterprise software applications, industrial and manufacturing applications, and customer-specific solutions. This role partners closely with manufacturing and field service teams and contributes to customer implementation projects without requiring travel.

Responsibilities

Design and develop application solutions for enterprise, industrial, manufacturing, and customer-specific needs.
Provide technical consulting throughout customer implementation projects.
Analyze requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
Prototype solutions to validate technical approaches and customer needs.
Integrate applications and systems across customer and operational environments.
Troubleshoot application and system issues and support timely resolution.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
Provide product support to customers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in applications engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Experience with application engineering and system integration.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing technical documentation.
Strong customer communication skills.
