Part-Time Shift Lead Starting pay rate: $25-30 | Performance Bonus availability | Part-TimeYour job you actually enjoy.Are you great with kids?Are you the person who naturally steps up when things get busy?If so, we may have a spot for you on our team in Queensbury, NY.We're hiring a Part-Time Shift Leader with supervisory responsibilities to help create a fun, safe, and positive experience for our children and families.You'll spend your time leading, encouraging kids, helping them learn new skills, working with a great team, and making sure the facility stays organized and running smoothly.Your Day-to-DayOversee classes.Ensure classes are engaging for preschool and school-age childrenHelp children gain confidenceAdapt your coaching for different ages and abilitiesFollow our curriculum and safety standardsBuild positive relationships with kids and familiesLead the shift.Be the go-to team member during assigned shiftsHelp coaches stay organized and classes run on timeKeep transitions smooth and the facility ready for the next classHelp teammates when questions or challenges come upCommunicate important information to managementHelp create a welcoming, professional environment for familiesWe're Looking for Someone Who IsReliable.
