Senior Full Stack Agentic AI Engineer - AIaaS

Salary: $112,900 - 338,300 per year Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack AI or machine-learning engineer or scientist, working with production AI/ML models at scale, including monitoring, alerting, debugging, and auditing.
• At least 8 years of experience applying computer science fundamentals, including computer architecture, systems engineering, and programming.
• At least 5 years of experience with distributed computing systems and architectures supporting AI or agentic AI applications, big data analytics, engineering simulations, scientific computing, grid or cloud computing, or distributed networks.
• At least 4 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML software in cloud environments.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent, or at least 12 years of relevant work experience; an associates degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing capabilities in a consulting environment.
• Ability to collaborate across internal and client-side teams.
• An entrepreneurial outlook, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a passion for innovation.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python and Python-based AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Preferred: Experience with language-model APIs, including optimizing their use for specific applications.
• Preferred: Experience with Clojure, C++, Java, R, or SQL.
• Preferred: A masters or doctoral degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering.

• Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end, human-centered agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components.
• Integrate AI, machine-learning, and natural-language-processing capabilities into workflows to solve client and business problems.
• Develop agentic AI behaviors using human-centered design and hybrid neural-symbolic approaches.
• Partner with Sales on complex Mid-Market opportunities to shape advanced technical solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, goals, and technical needs.
• Run technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements to show solution fit and value.
• Contribute to technical solution designs and proposals, statements of work, and contracts.
• Advise on industry use cases, best practices, and pre-delivery considerations.
• Develop scalable APIs and services designed for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, business, sales, client, global capability, and operational teams to deliver cohesive technical and customer-facing outcomes.
