Pay: $19.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: Martinsburg, WV

Looking for a hands-on job where you can build valuable manufacturing and construction skills?

We're hiring Concrete Production Laborers to support the manufacturing of concrete products used in major infrastructure, utility, and construction projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, working with tools, and being part of a team that produces a finished product from start to finish.

No advanced experience required. We provide training for motivated and reliable candidates.

• Read tape measures and basic blueprints
• Assemble and place rebar inside concrete forms
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Finish and inspect cured concrete products
• Perform material handling and general labor duties
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Experience working with hand and power tools preferred
• Good attendance and reliability
• Construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
