Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or licensure as an SLPA
• School-based experience preferred but not required; open to enthusiastic new graduates
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for K-12 student needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams across multiple onsite locations
