The team is focused on delivering high-fidelity, realistic animation and next-level on-pitch presentation, combining elite craft with modern real-time pipelines. Role Overview The Senior Animator will create stunning, realistic animations for an upcoming sports title, with a strong focus on both high-level animation execution and in-engine (UE5) implementation. This role requires deep expertise in animation principles, motion capture, and real-time animation systems, along with the ability to assess and articulate in-game animation needs while collaborating across disciplines. What You\'ll Do Execute high-level character animations and implement in-game animations in Unreal Engine 5. Review animation elements, provide feedback as needed, and ensure work aligns with project standards and the overall visual style. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical partners) on features and development arcs, contributing to a positive, high-performance team environment. Who You Are 5+ years of professional animation experience, including shipping high-performance console and/or PC titles, with a strong portfolio of high-quality game animation (in-game and cinematic). Technically strong with experience in Maya, MotionBuilder, Unreal Engine 5, and motion capture; able to collaborate with technical teams to develop/refine animation systems in UE5.
