G&F Precision Molding Inc. Engineering Reports to: Director of Engineering Location: Onsite – Fiskdale, MA (5 days/week) Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 per year

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our team to lead complex engineering operations, bridging the gap between design teams and on-site execution.

What You'll Do

• Direct Operations: Provide technical leadership for manufacturing process.
• Strategic Planning: Merge technical engineering expertise with high-level business strategy.
• Performance Metrics: Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery.
• ERP & Reporting: Bridge the gap between complex engineering processes and enterprise software systems.
• Team Leadership: Manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
• Technical Collaboration: Drive multidisciplinary collaboration by translating complex technical requirements into actionable project plans.
• Inventory Control: Optimize supply chain processes, designs inventory management systems, and tracks stock levels to reduce operational cost.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 5-10 years is required
• Education: Four-year engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
• Must be ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder)
• Technical Skills: Experience in product/process development preferably in related field, ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, Solid works, MS Projects and MS Office computer programs and understanding of formal IQ, OQ and PQ procedures.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 25 lbs., and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day.
• Travel: Ability to travel to Fiskdale, MA location 30% of the week, and international travel, approximately quarterly.
