About the Role At Medical-Link, we’re looking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter to help source, engage, and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants into temporary and permanent roles nationwide. You’ll work closely with recruiters and account managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning and growth potential. Responsibilities Recruit and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants nationwide Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals Screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process Partner with account managers to meet client staffing needs Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems What We’re Looking For Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven Organized, accountable, and reliable Coachable with a strong work ethic Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience (healthcare preferred) Strong sourcing and internet research skills Experience using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft/Google tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven history of achieving performance goals Competitive base salary plus top-tier commission structure Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Ready to grow your recruiting career in healthcare?
