Coastal Home Rehabilitation, a therapist-owned practice specializing in geriatric care, invites dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. We're seeking highly motivated individuals who thrive in an autonomous setting, providing exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes while enjoying a flexible schedule and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing hands-on therapy
- Educating patients and their families
- Documenting patient progress
- Collaborating with the rehabilitation team
We're looking for a positive, compassionate, and proactive Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to clinical excellence and eager to continue developing their skills.
Qualifications include:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
