Overview Service Technicians at Sequoia keep our residents happy. You’re the go-to person for maintenance, fixing basic electrical switches, repairing appliances, installing shower heads, patching drywall, and ensuring homes are spotless and ready for move‑in day. Qualifications Excellent resident/customer experience skills Positive attitude Eagerness to learn Efficiency Sense of humor On‑call availability Weekend availability Strong customer service skills Understanding of basic home maintenance Preferred schedule: Sunday – Thursday Great‑to‑has Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping Compensation The compensation range for this role is $21 – $24 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
