Contract Project Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support large, complex website projects, the contract Project Manager will manage project plans, budgets, and timelines while serving as the primary client contact in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead projects from kickoff through launch, serving as the primary client contact Build, maintain, and adapt project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams Manage scope changes, risks, and issues, producing regular client status updates and facilitating problem definition Required qualifications 5+ years of client-facing digital project management experience in an agency or similar environment Experience leading large, complex website projects Familiarity with Drupal and/or WordPress projects Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, or Kantata Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
