Mitigation Technician
We are hiring a full-time Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration team. We provide paid training and career advancement opportunities. If you're dependable, hardworking, and want steady work with room to grow, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist Lead technician with water, fire, and mold damage mitigation
- Set up drying equipment and monitor progress
- Perform demo, tarp, and board-up services
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain clean trucks and organized equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Customer-service mindset
No experience required — restoration, construction, or labor experience is a plus.
