Saturdays 10a-4p Compensation: $18–20 per hour Benefits: 401(k) with matching, Paid time off, Potential rent discount Responsibilities Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals. Play an active role in the renewal process. Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program under direction of Property Manager. Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently. Maintain proper resident and property files. Process all required administrative forms, reports and related information efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure model apartments and target apartments are ready for show; keep work areas and office clean and orderly; maintain awareness of the property’s curb appeal. Have thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies. Use required telephone and sales techniques. Know current market conditions. Shop competitive properties and complete market updates. Maintain a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader’s requirements. Be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of the property. Participate in marketing of the property as directed. Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times. Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Seek educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Property Manager. Qualifications High School or better. Experience 1 year Customer Service experience.
