If you want a flexible schedule to earn some additional income while being part of an exciting, dynamic and growing team with leadership opportunities in a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!If this sounds like the right environment for you, then why wait, APPLY TODAY!!Work Schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekendsShifts Available:Transportation and availability to go to multi sitesOur General Cleaner position performs the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site.Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.Dust fixtures, shelves, furniture, and equipment.Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).Complete sweep logs, as directed.Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.Report work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor daily.Other janitorial duties may be assigned as neededRequirements for our General Cleaner positions:Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds eachAbility to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds.Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the headOccasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 poundsEngage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wristsStanding and walking in and around the facility with great frequency for up to 10-12 hoursAbility to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitationAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).What’s In It for You?As a full-time IFS employee (working 30+ hours per week), you may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which can include:Health Insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision)Life Insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPlease Note:Benefits may vary depending on the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
