Housekeeping AssistantThe Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areasEnsure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working conditionReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departmentAssist with laundry services as neededFollow all safety and sanitation policies and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service to guests and staffRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical and Sensory Requirements:Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.Assist with cleaning up spills and waste (including human).Repetitive gripping of trays, mops, vacuums, etc.Acknowledgement:I acknowledge receipt of this job description and ascertain that I am qualified and able to fulfill these duties with or without an accommodation.Signature:______________________________________________________Printed Name:___________________________________________________Date:__________________________________________________________Requested accommodations:___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
