Requirements Assist Project Managers in completing projects on time, within budget and most importantly satisfying our customer. Communicate in an accurate and timely fashion with all departments within Nycom. Capable of: understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow‑up; submittals; change orders; project close‑out. Degree from a 4‑year college with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management. The ideal candidate is very detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage time and priorities to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
