Physician Hematology/Oncology - Competitive Salary

Job Description BC/BE Hematology/Oncology position Hospital-affiliated, multi-specialty medical group on the northwest side of Chicago, a few miles west of the Loop Employed position Full-time clinical role Referral base from primary care, specialists, and emergency services Mix of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, with opportunity for benign hematology consults Modern outpatient oncology clinic with on-site infusion center support Access to a multidisciplinary team including radiology, pathology, surgery, radiation oncology, and palliative care as needed EMR: Epic Base salary in the range of $450,000"$550,000 with a three-year guarantee Productivity incentives with RVU-based bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage with tail, CME allowance, 401(k) match, and paid time off Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted agents Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in tumor board discussions and quality initiatives Qualifications include board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology (dual-boarded preferred) Total rewards package includes paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and tuition reimbursement options
