Multi-Unit ManagerWe are seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing operations at two locations, for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and for promoting and protecting the Business Owner's interests.Responsibilities include:Oversee administrative functions including but not limited to inventory, scheduling, store upkeep, and monthly marketing window executionRecruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, including interviewing & trainingCommunicate job expectations to employeesHold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptlySupport the development and retention of team members through observation and coachingCreate and maintain a "Guest First" culture in the restaurantEnsure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, including covering shifts when necessaryMaintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable lawsEnsure Business Owner & Baskin Robbins standards, recipes and systems are executedEnsure restaurant is stocked to service customers needs, including store runs for milk and bananas and bank runs for changeEnsure clean restaurant standards are met and maintainedHelp prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standardsReview guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive system improvementsControl costs to help maximize profitability, including appropriate staffing, waste, scoop size, inventory/orderingExecute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely mannerExecute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and samplingDrive sales goals and track resultsOther duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:Must have previous restaurant experienceMust have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsMust be trainable and coachableMust be dependable and reliableMust have great attention to detailMust be punctual and hard-workingSupplemental pay:Bonus payBenefits:Paid time off
